I graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2001 with a BA (Hons) in Housing Studies and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. In 2005 I became a fellow of the Institute. In 2006 after a lot of thought my partner and I moved to Nova Scotia in Canada. I work for one of Canada's top universities. I also volunteer for the Annapolis River Guardians, helping to monitor water quality on this important and beautiful waterway near my home.
